Season 3 of "The 100" is premiering early next year and fans are excited especially as spoilers about the new season start to circulate online.

A report from Melty speculated that the third season will give more highlight to the Ice Nation.

The nation is ruled by the ruthless Queen Nia (Brenda Strong) who will do everything just to maintain power and rule over the tribe, even if it means putting her relationship with people close to her at risk.

Back in season 2, the outlet noted that Lexa (Alycia Debnam Carey) informed Clarke (Eliza Taylor) her girlfriend Costia was held captive by the Ice Nation and was tortured by the Queen into revealing Lexa's secrets.

It remains to be seen if Queen Nia was able to extract the needed information out of Costia, but this part of the storyline is expected to be featured in the upcoming season.

Meanwhile, season 2 finale also showed Clarke going away on her own after saving her people from the Mountain Men.

Season 3 should also answer the question if Clarke will return to her Sky People or will eventually join forces with Grounders. As previously reported, the character was spotted wearing a Grounder outfit, which suggests she could be working with them in the next season.

Fans will not only see a new outfit worn by Clarke but based on a recent photo tweeted Inside The 100 official Twitter account, new costumes will be added to the post-apocalyptic-themed show.

There were two new costumes revealed and they were described to be made from metal, leather and fur and one of the costumes will give a Commander feel to the wearer.

There was no mention as to who among the "The 100" characters will be spotted wearing the costume when season 3 airs but Melty's best bet is that two tribesmen of the Grounder will be wearing them.

An exact release date is yet to be announced but "The 100" season 3 will return to The CW early in 2016.
