After being married for seven years, stars of the television show by HGTV, "Flip or Flop," Tarek and Christina El Moussa have decided to get a divorce. Fortunately, fans of the show do not have to worry since both Tarek and Christina have agreed to still do the show despite not being a married couple any more. However, the question remains as to how the couple ended up making such a life-changing decision.

In a report by TMZ, the police had been called by witnesses last May 2016, who saw Tarek leave the El Moussa residence with a gun in his hand. One of the witnesses, Gary Anderson, did not only bear witness to the events of that night, but eventually started dating Christina. Anderson had been reported to have done some work for the El Moussas in the past, and it seems that his friendship with Christina turned into a romantic relationship.

At this point, it seems that all tensions between Christine and Tarek have been relieved. According to the Daily Mail, the two have been spotted laughing together while they were on the set of "Flip or Flop" as they were filming an episode. This is definitely a good sign for them, and they have stated that the incident that eventually led the authorities to their home was just a misunderstanding, and that no abuse or violence had taken place that time.

This could be perceived by some as a "happy ending" for the former couple as far as divorce goes, but it seems that Hollywood Life has a different opinion regarding the two still working together. They have updated that Christina is now dating Doug Spelling, who is a 55-year-old businessman. They have even mentioned that when Tarek and Christina were spotted filming for "Flip or Flip," Christina was blooming probably due to her new relationship.

Whatever is going on behind the scenes, it seems to be very clear that Tarek and Christine do not have any plans on ending the show.
