'Star Wars Episode 7' movie plot news: Who is Luke Skywalker's son?

More speculations about the plot of "Star Wars Episode 7" are making their way around the Web. This time, it's about Luke Skywalker's alleged son.

A fan-made website called Making Star Wars stated that Luke Skywalker's son will be featured in the highly anticipated installment of the "Star Wars" franchise. The site reported that Skywalker's offspring, portrayed by Domhnall Gleeson, will be an integral part in the story. He is speculated to be some kind of double-agent who will be trying to disarm the superweapons from both warring sides.

According to the website, the younger Skywalker will also be tasked by the bad guys to hunt down Finn (John Boyega). But the site also mentioned that "he might do some bad things in the name of the greater good over the course of the film."

In this movie, Mark Hamill from the original "Star Wars" trilogy reprises his role as Luke Skywalker.

Meanwhile, actor John Boyega recently tackled his role in the upcoming "Star Wars" film during the BAFTA Awards event. He is the first actor in the legendary Stormtrooper uniform featured in the first trailer of the movie. But despite seeing Boyega donning the Stormtrooper uniform in the trailer, it is still unclear whether his character Finn is actually one in the film.

During the event, an entertainment correspondent from BBC asked Boyega to make a lightsaber sound, which, after a short attempt, the actor admitted he couldn't do.

But prior to that, he had no difficulty in sharing good words about his co-workers on the set. He described their director J.J. Abrams as a very "passionate guy," and told everyone that his co-star Daisy Ridley, the actress who portrays the role of Rey in the film, became one of his closest friends in the set.

Along with Hamill, Gleeson and Boyega, Harrison Ford will also appear in the film. He returns as Han Solo, while Carrie Fisher will come back as Princess Leia.

"Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens" will be released in theaters on Dec. 18.
