"Shameless" season 7 is going to deal with the repercussions of season 6, with Fiona (Emmy Rossum) taking care of the Gallagher family after the kids had kicked their own father, Frank (William H. Macy), out of the house. However, as revealed in the official trailer, this is not going to go smoothly for Fiona and the rest of the family.

Fiona will be dealing with the finances of the family now that she decided to split up with her former fiance Sean (Dermot Mulroney) and cancel their wedding when she discovered he had been cheating on her. However, as revealed by a report from Ecumenical News, she hits a roadblock due to unpaid taxes.

Because of this she'll be questioning herself if everything she does to take care of the Gallaghers is even worth it.

Debbie (Emma Kenney) will try to help her sister out but the trailer reveals that the only means she can think of to quickly get cash is to shoplift. It is uncertain how long this has been going on based on the few clips of the trailer but it is apparent that she is going to get caught.

There is a scene in the trailer where Debbie falls and her thievery is exposed. Debbie is then heard crying out, begging that no one calls the police. However, a later clip in the trailer indicates that the cops will be called and Fiona will have to deal with this issue as well.

As for Frank, he is shown adopting random people to replace the children he had lost. However, it appears that most of the people he pulled in are street orphans, prostitutes or drug addicts and one of them even asks him if he would like sexual favors before going to bed.

"Shameless" season 7 premieres this Oct. 2.
