The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to be in the flesh in less than a month from now. The tech community is speculating that the latest tablet alteration will arrive at the IFA technology trade show on Sept. 1.

It was previously rumored that the South Korean tech giant is set launch its latest tablet in Berlin on the first day of next month. This also coincides with the release date of the Galaxy S2, last year's model. This is according to the Twitter account of Eldar Murtazin, a Russian tech journalist.

Additionally, documentation of two new Samsung tablets was uncovered last week from the U.S. regulator FCC, with model numbers SM-P595 and SM-P585NO. However, it lacks the necessary information to really confirm that it is the Tab S3, except for the 8-inch screen. Nevertheless, it also contains a stylus, the S Pen, which could also be used for its Note series brand, according to Android Authority,

The FCC documentation only provided connectivity information regarding the tablet, such as dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, and the multiple bands for its GPS and LTE connection. It also states that a rear camera with flash is present, but nothing more.

Several reports mentioned the possible specifications of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S3, including Qualcomm's Snapdragon 652, 3GB of RAM, 32GB storage (expandable to up to 256 GB via microSD) and a 4,000 mAh battery, as well as 8MP rear-facing and 2MP front-facing cameras. The 8-inch model could have a 2048 x 1536 screen resolution with around 320 ppi pixel density.

However, Trusted Reviews believes that an Exynos 8890 chip will power the rumored tablet. This same processor is in the Galaxy S7.  It may also come preloaded with Android 7.0 Nougat.

Samsung has yet to confirm the existence of the Galaxy Tab S3.
