Nintendo dropped new details about "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" before the games' official release on Nintendo 3DS in November.

According to the game distributor's website, both games will each have their own new Pokémon upon release. Both new Pokémon made their public debut through the games' latest trailer.

One of the new Pokémon is called Passimian, which will be exclusively seen in "Pokémon Sun." This Fighting-type Pokémon is known for attacking their enemies by throwing Berries at them. It is also described as a type of Pokémon that tends to live in troops and follow a single leader. It also possesses the unique Receiver Ability which allows it to inherit the Ability of an ally that faints during a battle.

On the other hand, the "Pokémon Moon" exclusive Pokémon will be called Oranguru. This Normal/Psychic type of Pokémon lives in the deepest parts of the Alolan forest. It is known for being kind to other Pokémon lurking in the forest since they normally provide medicine for the injured and food for the hungry. This Pokémon may exclusively learn how to do the new move called Instruct, which can point a selected target to do its most recent move in an instant.

Aside from the two new Pokémon, Nintendo also revealed that new Pokémon-specific Z-moves will be introduced for Pikachu and Eevee.

For Pikachu, the latest exclusive Z-move will be called Catastropika. It is described as Pikachu's most powerful attack since the Pokémon could borrow the strength of its Trainer, wrap its body in a high-voltage electric power then charges the electricity towards its opponents.

Meanwhile, Eevee's new exclusive Z-move is called the Extreme Evoboost. It could allow the Pokémon to gather all the eight Pokémon that it can evolve into to get all their powers.

Both the "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" will be released in North America on Nov. 18 on the Nintendo 3DS.
