What could be Sony's free game for March? With February almost over, the next free game that the PS Plus March free game is up in the air and while nothing has been made official, there is one game in particular that could likely be the freebie for Playstation Gamers.

And if rumors hold true, that free game will most likely be Helldivers, a top-down shooter game that comes from Arrowhead Game Studios. The game, which is somehow similar to Killzone Liberation, can be played on PS3, PS4 and PS Vita and may officially launch starting May 3.

The impending release will coincide with the update on the Instant Game Collection over at the Playstation Store.

Aside from being a game that can be played on the said Playstation consoles, the game is something that can be cross-played as well. This means that the said free game can be cross-saved across PS3, PS4 and PS Vita devices.

The game should be something to watch out for although gamers will have to wait and see if this will indeed be the free game to be made available. To date, no actual price has been revealed for Helldivers thus sending signals that its supposed coming is still up in the air.

But what is making signals stronger was this tweet by @Playstation via Twitter

Be guided that there is no official word yet but this could be more than enough to convince many that the game is indeed the free game for March. With February fast ending, confirmation should be just around the corner.
