Joseph Duggar from the former TLC reality TV show "19 Kids and Counting" hit several milestones in life recently. Aside from celebrating his 21st birthday, the third Duggar son also completed his year-long college Biblical Studies degree programme at the Crown College of the Bible, which he started last January 2015.

The school is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is also where close family friends Nathan and Tori Bates are attending classes, according to the Duggar Family Blog.

Now, Joseph is enjoying time with his family once again in Arkansas. He is actually planning to follow the footsteps of his parents Jim Bob and Michelle and pursue a real estate licence, as well as a commercial driver's licence (CDL). Some of his older siblings have already acquired these.

When he finally gets his CDL, Joseph will be allowed to drive the family's bus and operate rigs such as dump trucks and rollbacks. As for the real estate licence, he will use it to help the family business, which is now in its fifth generation.

Jim Bob is known to buy fixer-upper houses, which he and his family remodel in hopes of renting out or reselling. Jessa's husband Ben Seewald helps out as well while he considers options for seminary.

Because real estate is a family affair, the Duggar kids have learned a lot of things especially when it comes to construction, plumbing, electrical work, and interior design. They even showcased their talents back when their reality show was still called "Raising 16 Children" and "16 Children and Moving In," where they fixed their 7,000-square foot home.

Joseph is so focused on his work that he has not found time for courtship. Out of all the Duggar children, only Josh, Jill, and Jessa have so far found wedded bliss.
