Jennifer Aniston is about to embark on a new project. In a new interview with Yahoo! Beauty, the "Friends" actress talked about her latest endeavors and how she maintains a healthy lifestyle.

Like her fellow Hollywood A-listers such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Jessica Alba, the 46-year old is eager to create a brand of her own.

"I would like to do a lifestyle thing for people who struggle with dieting," she told the website. "I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious."

The actress said that she is "a good alchemist" in the kitchen who can whip up tasty treats that are very healthy.

"I'm working on [a cookbook]!" she revealed.

Along with her plans to write a cookbook, the "Cake" star told Yahoo! Beauty that a good diet and exercise, in addition to a positive mindset, are the keys to looking good past one's 40s.

The star said that she maintains her physique through a passion for exercise. Aniston revealed that she goes on a stationary bike for 15 minutes, an elliptical machine for 15 minutes, and then she goes for a run in the same amount of time. She also mixes in yoga and Barre method — a dance class that combines ballet moves, Pilates, and weight training — and joked about how she forgot how difficult it could get.

"I forgot how much that really hurts," she said.

As for her beauty secrets, the actress said that she takes care of her skin and that she learned all about it from her mother, a former model, who taught her to moisturize and to wash her face at night.  She's been doing the regimen, which includes drinking plenty of water, since she was little. And although she's a fan of beauty innovations, Aniston objects to injectables and Botox.

"It's a slippery, slippery slope," she said of the beauty treatments.

The actress also revealed that she is happier now than she was in her 20's, saying, "I don't feel much different than I felt in my twenties, except I feel physically better."
