The guessing game is on top gear in "How to Get Away with Murder" season 2. The mysteries surrounding multiple deaths in the series continue to bother viewers who hope to solve the crimes with the help of morsels of spoilers and clues peppered on the Web.

Rebecca's death remains to be the biggest enigma that has fans asking many questions, and the belief that either Annalise or Frank has something to do with it makes it a bigger mystery even more. Stumbling upon Rebecca's dead body, the two automatically pointed fingers at each other.

In a chat with The Hollywood Reporter, Viola Davis, who plays the protagonist, has already revealed that Frank isn't someone to trust. Frank is now being pinned down by fans simply because he had the guts to kill Lila.

But as IB Times pointed out, this very argument actually lets Frank scot free. After being proven as Lila's murderer, killing Rebecca shortly after wasn't wise for him to do as he would only invite suspicions — unless Frank isn't a fan of subtlety.

Meanwhile, there are also speculations that Annalise could simply be pulling the strings of an elaborate scheme. Besides, she has the ability and the knowledge to execute it, and the fact that Sam Keating's murder turned out to be her master plan definitely does not let her off the hook.

Also, the second season may end up putting all the blame on Wes. The argument here is that he is so distraught of his girlfriend's killing and was made to believe that Rebecca was responsible for it. With Wes as the culprit, it can be dismissed as a bad case of thirsty retribution.

In addition to the reveal of Rebecca's killer, "How to Get Away with Murder" season 2 will feature more flashback scenes, moments shared by cult-favorite characters Connor and Oliver, and finally, the arrival of a new character "that figures prominently into Annalise's life."
