Jo (Camilla Luddington) will finally tell Alex (Justin Chambers) about the skeleton in her closet. Meanwhile, Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) confronts Bailey (Chandra Wilson) about Minnick (Marika Dominczyk).

In the upcoming winter finale of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 — titled "You Haven't Done Nothin" — Jo will finally come clean to Alex about her past married life. This secret was part of the reason why she was drunk with De Luca (Giacomo Gianniotti) on the night Alex saw them together and he almost beat the life out of De Luca.

As seen in the episode promo, Jo tells Alex that she is being forced to testify against him at his court trial. This may be the reason why she comes clean to Alex. Since she will have to disclose all the information tied to the incident, she makes sure that Alex hears it from her first before she announces it in court.

With Jo testifying against Alex, it seems that his chances of winning are weak. Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) might also think that Alex has no chance of winning as she tells him in person, "You will be destroyed."

According to the synopsis from Carter Matt, "Believing he is going to jail tomorrow, Alex makes a big decision about his future. While the hospital is overrun with victims of a building collapse, Richard demands answers from Bailey about Eliza's presence at Grey Sloan."

Meanwhile, it appears that Dr. Minnick has overstayed her welcome at Grey Sloan. The visit that was supposed to only be for observation and evaluation purposes has turned into something else.

The power struggle between Webber and Minnick at the resident program has intensified and Webber confronts Bailey about the real reason Minnick came to the hospital.

The real reason why Minnick was invited to the hospital was to change it, but will Bailey finally come clean to Webber about the truth?

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 airs every Thursday at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
