"Wonder Woman" is set to begin production soon but very little official news has been released thus far. However, a report from JoBlo gives a more detailed look at the potential time setting, villains and expected cameos for the film.

The villains for the film are said to be sorceress Circe and the Greek god of war Ares. Circe will be the main villain while Ares plays more as the puppeteer behind the scenes. Also detailed are "red or green demonic monsters with horns and wings" that will serve as soldiers in Circe's army.

JoBlo echoes a previous report that stated the film would take in two different timelines, mainly during World War I and then in the modern day. It is likely the World War I scenes will be flashbacks as the described plot involves Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) stopping Circe from causing World War III in the modern day.

The report does not confirm if Eva Green and Sean Bean are indeed set to play the two villains. The two actors were first rumored to be up for the role, accoding to a report from Heroic Hollywood.

It is also stated that the film's modern setting will take place prior to the events of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." This is an important detail because during the film, Wonder Woman's relationship with Batman (Ben Affleck) will be revealed.

Batman is said to be making an appearance but only as a spectator. He is described to watch Wonder Woman take down one of the winged monsters to save a few civilians, and by the end of the film he will lets her know he is aware of her. This will be the basis of their relationship as seen in "Batman v Superman."

Wonder Woman's Invisible Jet is also rumored to make its debut in the film as it is reportedly going to be absent in "Batman v Superman."

"Wonder Woman" will open in theaters on June 23, 2017.
