[WATCH] Wedding vicar dances down the aisle to East 17's House of Love

Who cares if it's been done before? Vicar Stephen Fletcher was only too happy to oblige when a couple he was marrying at Holy Trinity Church in Horwich, Bolton asked him to dance down the aisle to the 90s classic 'House of Love' by East 17.

The bridal couple were inspired by a T-Mobile phone advert from 2011, shown just before the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, which showed William and Kate look-alikes dancing down the aisle to the same song.

The bride, Nina Makin, told the Daily Mail: "We loved the T-Mobile advert spoof of Wills and Kate's wedding," she said. "Ever since I saw that I've always fancied giving it a go.

"My whole wedding party are a group of comedians and so were instantly up for it. The vicar was in his element when I asked him," she said.

Speaking of the vicar's enthusiasm, she added: "He actually spent half an hour showing me videos he'd seen over the past few years and was so excited to finally be involved in such a fun ceremony."

Among other vicars who have turned their joy into dancing is Rev Kate Bottley, now of Gogglebox fame, who, with the bridal party, danced to an 'Everybody Dance Now' remix in June 2013.
