Fans of "The Real Housewives" franchise know that some of the ladies of Bravo are as savvy in business as they are in delivering zingers on their respective shows. Some of the most successful Housewives include Beverly Hills Housewife Lisa Vanderpump, who owns several luxurious restaurants, and New York cast member Bethenny Frankel, who built an empire with her Skinny Girl liquor brand.

Now, "RHONY" star Sonja Morgan is also getting into business, and according to reports, the 52-year-old appears to be taking a leaf out of Bethenny's book.

Reality Tea reports that the former model and business partner Peter Guimaraes just announced their liquor brand, Tipsy Girl, and the website claims that she is facing major backlash for choosing a business name that is very similar to Bethenny's brand.

Page Six reports that Sonja made the announcement at her 52nd birthday party last month, and it was reported that guests got to sample the brand's prosecco, which has not yet been launched. The website reports that guests at the party noticed that her product line seems to be copycatting Bethenny's brand name.

"Skinnygirl, Tipsy Girl? Sounds pretty similar!" said a source to Page Six. "Is Bethenny going to take that?"

However, Guimaraes told Page Six that they have not received any criticism over the fact that their brand's name appears to be inspired by Bethenny's product line, but the businessman admitted that they have received concerns of a different nature over the brand name.

"We got some flack that the name's 'promoting drunkenness,'" said Guimaraes to Page Six. "It's not—it's tipsy! You can be tipsy in love…tipsy in life."

Giumaraes said that the line will introduce prosecco, tequila, vodka and wine and "casual retail locations in Hell's Kitchen, Miami, Chicago, and Vegas."

Bethenny has yet to comment on the matter.
