'The 100' season 3: Lexa and Clarke reunite in episode 3

Eliza Taylor and Alycia Debnam-Carey as Clarke and LexaCW

The previous episode of "The 100" ended with Clarke (Eliza Taylor) reuniting with Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) for the first time since the Mount Weather massacre, and the official promo trailer for the episode reveals that their reunion will not go as smoothly as many fans hope.

Instead, Lexa now asks Clarke to bow down before her, telling her that she wants Clarke's people to eventually become Lexa's people. Marcus Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) is also heard explaining that if Lexa were to fall then her whole coalition will fall as well and that would lead to their defeat in the war.

However, despite the consequences of Lexa's group falling apart, Clarke denies her the opportunity to make her army grow and simply responds that she would never bow to Lexa.

Speaking to E! Online, Taylor gave some insight into why the two would not get along despite having a strong history together.

"I mean, this is the woman she absolutely loved with all her heart who betrayed her. That's explosive," explained Taylor. She also mentioned that things will also go a little sour when she eventually makes it back to the Sky People. "Oh, they're all going to be terrible, in a good way. There's a lot of confrontation that needs to happen."

When Clarke does get back to Arkadia she will have to deal with confronting all the people she hurt after the events of season 2. However, confrontation is most likely the course of action that season 3 will follow given that there is a rescue team out there hoping to bring Clarke back.

The episode won't just focus on Clarke making a difficult decision with Lexa as the official synopsis, as per IB Times, reveals that Bellamy (Bob Morley) will discover something that isn't what it appears to be and Murphy (Richard Harmon) will begin plotting his betrayal against the Chancellor (Isaiah Washington).

"The 100" season 3 episode 3, "Ye Who Enter Here," airs this Feb. 4.
