"For us this tour carries more meaning than simply a reunion of friends," said the San Diego rock band. It is also a chance for us all to get plugged in to being a part of the solution in our own communities.”
In June, Switchfoot headlined the sold-out "Rock the Boat" concert, sponsored by Evan Almighty, in support of Habitat for Humanity.
The show, which featured Relient K and Jeremy Camp, was an extension of Switchfoot's charitable work. The multi-platinum band had also previously held their third annual Bro-Am surf tournament to support worthwhile organisations in their hometown of San Diego.
