ISIS threatens to behead President Obama in new video

A chilling new video from the Islamic State includes the beheading of a Kurdish fighter, and death threats against President Barack Obama and Kurdistan Regional Government President Masoud Barzani.

The video was released on Monday by the information bureau of IS, and was titled "Bombardment of Peaceful Muslims in the City of Mosul."

The video's caption said Kurdish Peshmerga forces have attacked "the peaceful Muslims of Mosul with American Crusader bombs, and [have] poisoned dozens of them with asphyxiating gases."

Footage of the devastation in Mosul is shown, as well as a testimonial from an alleged Mosul resident.

Next, the IS fighters are shown with a Kurdish soldier knelt in front of them. The terrorists delivered a threatening message to the world leaders that oppose them.

"This is the fate of anyone who opposes Islam," a fighter said in Kurdish, as Arabic subtitles displayed on-screen.

"Know, oh Obama, that we will reach America. Know also that we will cut off your head in the White House and transform America into a Muslim province."

The man also threatened France and Belgium with bombings, and their leaders with beheading.

A specific message was levied agains Kurdistan President Barzani.

"But as for you, oh Masoud, you dog, we are going to behead you and throw you into the trash bin of history," he began. "Know that we are men who fear no one. We will institute the laws of Allah, may he be exalted and praised.

"This is one of your soldiers' fate, and every time you launch a missile, we will send you back the head of one of your soldiers. You are killing children and bombarding civilians, while claiming that this is forbidden in your constitution."

The Kurdish soldier is then beheaded. The countries threatened in the video have not issued a response.
