Andy Murray girlfriend Kim Sears gives support courtside at Wimbledon with trademark hair

Wimbledon is the time of the year when Kim Sears, girlfriend of defending champion Andy Murray, can show off her most fashionable wardrobe. Every year, the tennis world anticipates what Sears will be wearing next. And now that Wimbledon 2014 has begun, Sears is back too!

However, don't mistake Sears' presence at Wimbledon as a show of her fashion statements, she's really there to support Murray, especially now that he is hell bent on defending his title. But of course, Sears fashion choices cannot be ignored.

At Murray's first Wimbledon 2014 match against David Goffin of Belgium, Sears arrived wearing a beautiful cream lace dress (in support of the Wimbledon tradition) from Reiss with her tanned legs showing and an Aspinal of London "Marylebone" cream tote bag that's worth £1395. She also wore matching white heels. As usual, Sears wore her "trademark blow-dried hair", according to Daily Mail UK.

Sears looked worried heading into the stadium. Murray had lost his last match in the first round at Queens. But there's really no need to worry as Murray made it through in straight sets.

Sears and Murray have been dating for nine years now. Sears met him when she was just 17 and they started out as friends. Since then, Sears has supported Murray's career throughout the years. However, fans may wonder why Sears isn't always seen in all of Murray's tournaments. That's because the couple allegedly agreed that she may only be present in some of the tournaments.

Murray also shared how helpful Sears support is to him, saying "Kim sees all of the emotions when I win or lose a match, she can tell how I'm really feeling," according to Daily Mail. Murray shared that Sears knows when he needs company or when he needs to be alone. Their 9-year relationship is to thank for that.

Daily Mail UK states that Murray's mother Judy thinks of Sears as "the best thing" to happen to Murray. It is very obvious how close Sears is to Judy too.

Tune in for more Wimbledon 2014 action and see if Murray can successfully defend his title. More so, tune in to the latest fashion statements in this year's Wimbledon too.
