As revealed in the synopsis for episode 23 of "NCIS" season 14, titled "Something Blue," Delilah and McGee are close to getting married. But the stress of planning for the wedding will creep up on Delilah, and it will send her to the hospital.

A teaser for the penultimate episode of the season shows Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) advising Delilah's husband-to-be about never taking anything for granted.

Will there be a wedding ceremony?

Fans have nothing to worry about. According to executive producers Frank Cardea and George Schenck, "They'll be very happy." Speaking to TVGuide, the execs shared, "They'll go through a lot of angst with them, but they'll really appreciate the way it ends."

Cardea and Schenck talked about a big wedding twist that will surprise fans and make them happy at the same time. The execs kept mum about the details, but the stress could easily be because Delilah is expecting. This has yet to be confirmed, so fans should just stay tuned to this week's episode.

Elsewhere in the upcoming episode, the team will check out the suspicious death of a Petty Officer on board a Navy destroyer who allegedly died in his sleep.

Meanwhile, the series finale, as previously reported, will take the team out to Paraguay, wherein they will handle a case involving a missing Navy Seal, who disappeared after an unauthorized trip. The finale will involve a plot twist, which will prompt Gibbs to make a life-changing decision.

"NCIS" season 14 episode 23, titled "Something Blue," premieres Tuesday, May 9, at 8p.m. EDT on CBS.
