Moto X Style news: New phone coming this September

 Motorola

The Moto X Style now has an official release date, and eager buyers can get their hands on it starting Sept. 3.

As of now, it looks as though the Moto X Style will only be available either through Motorola's website or at Best Buy.

The specs of the Moto X Style have also been revealed to give consumers a better idea of what phone they might get if they choose to purchase it on Sept. 3.

Motorola's newest offering will be using a Snapdragon 808 processor and that will be paired up with 3 GB of RAM, according to Digital Trends.

Consumers can also choose from different models of the phone, which will be offering different internal storage options, including 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB. If 64 GB of internal storage is still not enough, then owners can use a microSD card to boost the storage capacity of the phone all the way up to 128GB.

The camera for the Moto X Style is also being billed as a massive upgrade over those of its predecessors, especially with its 21 megapixels allowing users to capture better quality photos. Motorola also claims that the improved camera does a better job of accurately depicting colors in photos and even does well in low lighting situations.

The Moto X Style will also have a 5-megapixel camera available up front, according to Phones Review UK.

Motorola has also touted the new screen of the Moto X Style. At 5.7 inches, the new screen does appear larger than most especially for the size of the unit itself. Aside from its size, the Moto X Style's screen also features Quad HD capabilities to give its owners a better display to look at.

The Moto X Style is expected to be on sale for $400 when it is officially released.
