There's not a lot of official news out there right now concerning "Legend of Zelda" for the Wii U, although there are rumors suggesting possibly significant changes being made to the game.

First off, there could reportedly be quite a few changes made to the gameplay's mechanics that may make the experience of playing it very different than other titles from the franchise.

According to Movie Pilot, one of the possible gameplay changes that could be made to the "Legend of Zelda" for the Wii U involves allowing players to encounter and fight bosses in the overworld. Such a change could drastically alter how some players strategize about the game and have a lasting impact on the franchise.

Aside from bosses in the overworld, some fans have reportedly suggested granting players some way to manipulate the days and nights within the game so that those may be used as elements to solve puzzles or even find hidden dungeons.

Some fans have also suggested the addition of a crafting system to "Legend of Zelda" for the Wii U. Such could also open up a whole new word of gameplay that has previously not existed for the franchise.

As of now, Nintendo has yet to confirm that these gameplay tweaks will indeed be in the game, although the ideas being out there could help them gain eventual entry into "Legend of Zelda" for the Wii U.

In related news, there is now growing concern among fans of the "Legend of Zelda" franchise that Nintendo may have decided to change the game's graphical style.

According to Design and Trend, some fans have posited that the lack of more game footage for "Legend of Zelda" for the Wii U could be a sign that Nintendo has chosen to change its visuals.

Most of the fans over at Zelda Informer, a fan website dedicated to the franchise, have said that they would prefer Nintendo not to make any drastic overhauls.

For now, Nintendo remains silent about the subject of "Legend of Zelda" for the Wii U.
