If watching "Halt and Catch Fire" episode 5 was not harrowing enough, as TV Fanatic claims it to be, viewers need to get ready for the next offering of AMC's drama series as there will be a lot more to absorb.

Last Sunday's episode, titled "Infiltrator," was fraught by unfortunate events. Gordon Clark (Scoot McNairy) discovered that his lingering medical issues are actually chronic toxic encephalopathy, the result of years of exposure to toxins.

Donna (Kerry Bische) was in denial about her pregnancy, not knowing how to proceed or even tell her husband. Her crippling brain injury has shattered whatever future she has for herself. Instead of reaching out to Gordon, she threw herself into the construction of the community rooms, creating safe spaces for online strangers to find each other.

Cameron (Mackenzie Davis) was a total mess on the episode, knowing that Joe (Lee Pace) was behind the networking deal with Mutiny. Haunted by his betrayal, she started to distance herself from a potential relationship with Tom (Mark O'Brien).

The Episode Six title, "10BROAD36," refers to a computer network standard developed in the 1980s that became obsolete because of its complexity and cost. In this episode, Gordon will try to escape from his problems and see his brother Henry in California, according to TV Guide. Joe, meanwhile, will use his newfound leverage to change Jacob Wheeler's (James Cromwell) thinking about computing and convince him to be on his side.

On whether Jacob will fall for Joe's manipulation, viewers need to stay tuned to the episode to know. It may turn out that he will look out for his daughter instead of believing Joe. TV Fanatic says, however, that he may just be too greedy to care.

Cartermatt says the sixth episode of "Halt and Catch Fire" has a little bit of a "Mad Men" vibe to it. It will air on AMC Sunday at 10 p.m.
