"Gone Home" is a first person adventure exploration game originally published in 2013 for PC and Mac. It made its way to gaming consoles in early 2016, and received positive critical reviews. The game owes is greatness to its story and the unique way the players experiences the narrative through environmental clues.

The game is available for free for Games with Gold subscribers the entire month of October. This is a great opportunity for players to discover why "Gone Home" was one of the top games when it was released.

Xbox players will also get "The Turing Test," a first person puzzle game that will take games into space. The game was first released in 2016 and features a first-person perspective.

In this game, the player portrays the character named Ava Turing, who is an engineer working at a research station located on Europa, one of the moons of the planet Jupiter. The player is tasked to solve various puzzles that involve distributing power throughout the machinery. The game will be available for subscribers from Oct. 16 to Nov. 15.

The classic Xbox game "Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc" will also be available for free from Oct. 1 to 15. The game will be compatible with the current generation console Xbox One and Xbox 3660 via backward compatibility. Finally, "Medal of Honor: Airborne" will be available from Oct. 16 to 31. This first person shooter game focuses on paratroopers.
