'Five Nights at Freddy's 3' tips and cheats update

Five Nights at Freddy's 3 Steam

"Five Nights at Freddy's 3" is not as difficult as the second title but it does focus a lot on atmosphere and plot. Here are a few simple tips and "cheats" that can help even a beginner get through the five nights and successfully achieve the good ending.

The first tip is to master the three systems the game offers. As Gamezebo points out, gamers need to make use of the first night to master the Audio, Ventilation, and Security Cameras. Audio is arguably the most important because it draws the enemy Springtrap away from the player's character.

The second important tip is to remember that only Springtrap can kill the player. All the other animatronics appear only as hallucinations. By keeping the Ventillation system running, one will not have to deal with them. Hallucinations can be scary but they can't kill the gamer and end the game.

However, if it comes to choosing between Ventillation and Audio, gamers are advised to always pick Audio since it distracts Springtrap.

Timing is also essential. Rebooting one system takes five seconds, but rebooting all of them with the "Reboot All" option takes 8. If one has to reboot more than one system, they should always go for the "Reboot All" since they can always make good use of the extra two seconds.

Jump scares can't kill the gamer's character but they shut down the Ventilation system. Gamers need to reboot it as soon as possible because Springtrap can enter the office through the ventilation shafts.

Players should also remember that the only way to get the good ending is to play the mini-games between each night. There are five mini-games in total: "BBdbclick," "Lit-up squares," "4 cupcakes," "String of numbers," and the "Shadow Bonnie" game.

YouTube icon "The Completionist" features videos on how to complete the five mini-games and how they are found each night. Only by finishing these mini-games will the player achieve the final ending and unlock the rest of the extras.

For those who really need to cheat, then there is always the Hack Cheat Tool available for iOS and Android users.
