Patch 2.3.0 is now officially available for "Diablo III."
The latest patch is expected to bring plenty of new features and content to the game, and among the most notable additions is Kanai's Cube.
Kanai's Cube is a special item being introduced to the game. With its arrival, players can now begin extracting powers from Legendary items inside "Diablo III," and then they will be able to equip those very same abilities. Kanai's Cube can also be used to reforge Legendary items that players may have accidentally lost while they made their way through the game.
The addition of Kanai's Cube has added significance to the team behind "Diablo III," as it is the very same item they have created as a way of paying tribute to their dearly departed friend and former colleague, Kevin Kanai Griffith, according to Battle Net.
Apart from Kanai's Cube, patch 2.3.0 will also provide players with access to an entirely new zone known as the Ruins of Sescheron, according to Gamespot. This is the same place where players will be able to locate the aforementioned Kanai's Cube, and they can also take some time to see what else is hidden in this new locale of "Diablo III."
Patch 2.3.0 will also be paving the way for the impending arrival of Season 4 to "Diablo III." Upon the arrival of Season 4, players will be introduced to the new Seasons and Journeys system, according to Eurogamer.
The new patch will also adding new levels of difficulty to "Diablo III," allowing players to enjoy a more challenging experience as they fight their way through the chaotic environments of the game.
Changes are also coming to the game's Adventure Mode upon installing patch 2.3.0.
As always, tweaks and bug fixes are also coming to "Diablo III" via the latest patch.
Patch 2.3.0 is now available for the personal computer (PC) version of "Diablo III."
