'Devious Maids' season 3 spoilers: Ruthless Evelyn shows unexpected softer side in episode 6

Who would have thought that Beverly Hills' most ruthless woman Evelyn Powell could still have a soft spot? According to actress Rebecca Wisocky, her character will somehow show her tamer persona in the next episode of "Devious Maids" season 3.

In a recent interview, Wisocky said that Evelyn will do something unexpected in the episode titled "She Done Him Wrong."

"I think you'll find the place in Evelyn's heart that was healed a little bit [in Season 2] leaves room for her possible considering being a mother again this year," the actress revealed.

By the end of "Devious Maids" season 2, Evelyn and her husband Adrian Powell (Tom Irwin) finally learned the truth about their son Barrett's (Chase Pearson) death. Nicholas (Mark Deklin) confessed that he accidentally hit Barrett with his car the night he found out that his wife Dahlia (Susie Abromeit) was having an affair with another man.

Nicholas told the Powell couple that he was very distracted during that fateful night 15 years ago, which was why he did not notice a young boy walking in the street. After Marisol (Ana Ortiz) told the Powells that Nicholas would turn himself over to the police, the couple decided to forgive each other for all the years that they have hurt one another following their son's death.

But in "Devious Maids" season 3, Wisocky said that Evelyn will look for a new purpose in life. Does this mean that she is ready to be a mother again in the new chapter in her life? This could affect her relationship with Adrian who recently discovered that he finds pleasure in pain. Will the two agree to start building a family again, or will Adrian leave her to explore his new hobby?

Meanwhile, Rosie (Dania Ramirez) will be forced to choose between her two husbands, Spence (Grant Show) and Sebastien (Cristian de la Fuente) in the upcoming episode. It means that she will lose one if she picks the other.

The official synopsis for "Devious Maids" season 3 episode 6 reads:

Carmen unwillingly helps Adrian with his hobby; Marisol worries about her relationship with Jesse; Zoila struggles with her feelings about having a baby and deals with the arrival of her younger sister; Rosie makes a drastic decision; Evelyn develops a new desire for the next chapter of her life."

The episode airs Monday, July 6, on Lifetime.
