"Destiny 2" has confirmed its release date and that it will be supported on PC. Meanwhile, one of the new features the game is anticipated to have is a set of new classes to play.

The upcoming online multiplayer first-person shooter sequel, "Destiny 2," now has a confirmed launch date, which will be coming this September, PlayStation Universe confirmed. Aside from a definite launch date, good news for "Destiny 2" is that the game is now supported on PC.

Bungie announced that they will be hosting a livestream this coming May to premiere the first gameplay for "Destiny 2" before its launch date. The preview will allow future players of "Destiny 2" to be excited about its new features and to grasp an experience of its gameplay.

The gameplay of "Destiny 2" revolves around an attack on the Tower and Last City by Cabal, creating a huge decline in the Guardian population. The attack will also affect most of the Guardians' weapons and gear, which will make it difficult for them to fight Cabal to free themselves from alien invaders.

One of the new features expected from "Destiny 2" is a new set of classes that players can enjoy.

However, these are only speculations since Bungie has yet to reveal if there will be new classes and what other features "Destiny 2" has in store for their gamers. Based on the trailer, though, three classes will be returning in "Destiny 2," and these are hunters, titans, and warlocks.

Another speculation is that Bungie will be introducing new ship classes in the upcoming "Destiny 2."

A user from Reddit pointed out that a new ship design appeared in the beta text, which lead to speculations that Bungie will imitate what they did in the first game by promoting the new ship class in their promotions.

"Destiny 2" is set to launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on Sept. 8.
