Microsoft has not yet announced the list of games that they will offer for Xbox Games with Gold subscribers this coming July but that hasn't stopped some of the industry's insiders from spreading rumors of what Microsoft and the Xbox Team might offer.
According to Vine Report, "Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition" is likely going to be offered. The game is not yet listed for Xbox One Backwards Compatibility so it may be just for Xbox 360 owners or for Xbox One as well if it is later announced to be included in the list of Backwards Compatibility games.
"Zombi," a first person shooter, is also rumored to be added to the list for July. The game was initially launched for the Wii U as "ZombiU" and when it was ported to the Xbox One it added several items such as two additional melee weapons and the second screen mechanics from the Wii-U version were mostly dropped or altered.
The third and last rumored title is "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth." This game, from the same maker of "Super Meat Boy," is designed akin to the classic "The Legend of Zelda" for the NES but mixed with Roguelike mechanics such as permadeath and randomized dungeon layouts.
It is undetermined if these games will indeed appear on Games with Gold for July and if they are all for the Xbox One subscribers or for Xbox 360 subscribers. Some might be available for both given that Microsoft is now actively supporting the Backwards Compatibility program and are introducing Xbox Play Anywhere.
For the month of June, Xbox Team offered "Goat Simulator," Costume Quest 2," "The Crew," "XCOM: Enemy Unknown" and "Super Meat Boy." The inclusion of "Super Meat Boy" may be one of the primary reasons why "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" is rumored to be offered in July although there are no confirmations of this yet.
