WWE 2k15 'Path of the Warrior' DLC news; What does Hulk Hogan think of the game?

WWE 2k15 Path of the Warrior DLC 2K Sports/WWE

WWE 2K15" recently launched its new DLC pack titled "Path of the Warrior." The downloadable content focuses on the career of James Brian Hellwig aka The Ultimate Warrior. It comes free for those who purchases the season pass and it can be purchased for $9.99 for those who want to avail of it separately.

The DLC focuses on the most iconic matches in the Ultimate Warrior's career. This will allow players to relive the matches of the Warrior against Hulk Hogan in "Wrestlemania VI" and when Paul Bearer locked Warrior inside The Undertaker's coffin.

Other notable opponents of the Warrior included in the DLC are Triple H, Randy Savage, and Andre the Giant. Some new arenas, which were used during the Warrior's career, will also be unlocked. These include the arenas for "Wrestlemania VI, VII, and XII" as well as the arena for "Saturday Night's Main Event XXIV."

Professional wrestler and WWE Hall of Fame legend Hulk Hogan was interviewed by a WWE representative and had this to say about the content of the game and what he hoped fans could get from the DLC in regards to the legend of the Ultimate Warrior.

"I think they're going to realize how great the Warrior was and how great the Warrior is in all of our minds. And I think what they're going to realize through the game with Warrior is that if Warrior was still with us, he could have remained great into the future, even in the ring. His days were not numbered in the ring. He still had a bright future ahead of him."

When asked who was the biggest challenge for Ultimate Warrior, Hogan mentioned Rick Rude. Then of course there is the legendary match of the Ultimate Warrior and Hulk Hogan during "Wrestlemania VI" where Hogan lost and even endorsed Ultimate Warrior to the crowd as the new reigning WWE champion.

"Path of the Warrior" is available on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
