Wiz Khalifa 'Cabin Fever 3': Rapper releases 11-track mixtape; studio album expected in 2016

Fans of Wiz Khalifa got their Christmas gift a little earlier. The rapper-songrwriter has just dropped the much-anticipated third instalment to his mixtape series, "Cabin Fever 3." And he has a 'tip' on how to maximise the listening experience.

Wiz Kahlifa debuted his "Cabin Fever" mixtape series in 2011 and followed it with "Cabin Fever 2" the year after. Three years later, the rapper-songwriter finally releases the third instalment, "Cabin Fever 3." It contains some collaborations from his usual collaborators, like his Taylor Gang cohorts: Juicy J, Curren$y, Chevy Woods, Kevin Gates, and Yo Gotti.

But "Cabin Fever 3" is not meant to just be listened or danced to. The 28-year old Taylor Gang Records founder released his latest mixtape with a message for the fans.

"Don't just dance to it. Learn the words and apply that sh** to your life," says Wiz Khalifa on his Twitter.

The said tweet was welcomed by his supporters, who went ahead and retweeted it almost 4,000 times and liked 5,278 times. One fan response even declared that the hype for the mixtape "is real." A few other tweets also took to heart the rapper's advice and praised his wisdom.

Several even urged the Pittsburgh-born rapper to go on tour with just the material alone.

"Cabin Fever 3" contains 11 tracks and is produced by Sonny Digital, DP Beats, TM88, Easy Mo Bee, and Ricky P. A studio release is scheduled for 2016, along with the studio album, "Rolling Papers 2." That said album is also expected to make waves as Wiz Khalifa's 2014 release, "Blacc Hollywood," finally earned him a number one spot on the Billboard 200.

If 2015 looked like a great year for the rapper whose real name is Camereon Jibril Thomaz — with nominations left and right for his "Furious 7" soundtrack "See You Again" (featuring Charlie Puth) — 2016 is promising to be just as great, if not more. On top of a potential number one album, "See You Again" is set to give him his first Golden Globe Award for "Best Original Song."

The carol assures us that “We three kings of Orient are…” and tells us they were “following yonder star”. Can we be sure there were three of them? Were they kings? Where in the Orient were they from?
