Viewers will see the unlikely team up of Big Jim (Dean Norris) and Julia (Rachelle Lefevre) to discredit Christine (Marg Helgenberger) in the upcoming episode of CBS' science fiction drama "Under the Dome."

Cartermatt reports that in "Alaska," the former rivals will be forming a tentative alliance to find proof that Christine is truly affiliated with the company. In doing so, they will find new information about the Dome's capabilities. Meanwhile, the therapist will face an uprising under her ward as tensions will run high in town and threaten her leadership. She will then put a plan that will lead to deadly results.

The mysterious woman has set herself out to be someone important in Chester's Mill, and certainly, it appears that she has the residents under her spell. In an interview during the San Diego Comic-Con panel, Helgenberger hinted about Christine's plans for the sleepy town.

"I have an agenda for Chester's Mill and have a plan that I put into motion that I'm trying to get the whole community behind. Things are getting pretty desperate with dwindling supplies. I refer to this as a kinship, a collective. Some people go along and some people don't," she said, as reported by Entertainment Weekly.

Meanwhile, Executive Producer Tim Schlattmann teased on the show's future plans and that viewers should expect more deaths, especially for those who do not go along with Christine's plans. He also added that Helgenberger's character may have found her arch nemesis in Big Jim.

"Big Jim has really met his match. The thing that makes him such a foe for Christine is he's a narcissist. But their rivalry will give Julia a new appreciation for Big Jim and could be the key to saving Chester's Mill. In truth, the reach Christine has may be much bigger. The fate of humanity may very well rest on Joe (Colin Ford)."

Schlattmann also let slip that there may be a baby coming this season, and that it would be Barbie's (Mike Vogel).

"Under the Dome" airs Thursday at 10 p.m. on CBS.
