Thursday Night Football: Seattle Seahawks vs San Francisco 49ers

Thursday Night Football on Thanksgiving Day 2014 will see the San Francisco 49ers play the Seattle Seahawks at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

The game is scheduled to start at 8.30 p.m. EDT and will be broadcast on the NBC network. The game will also be available to watch online through live stream - free for subscribers - via the link provided below.

There is a huge amount riding on today's game between the Seahawks and 49ers as the two NFC West teams do battle to try and claim sole possession of the second spot in the division.

This will be the first of two meetings between these two teams in the space of 18 days, and will see the 49ers look to claim a sixth straight home win over the Seattle Seahawks.

Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson has said ahead of the game, "A Thanksgiving game where everybody will be watching. Do you hype that up? Do you downgrade it? I don't know. It's going to kind of elevate the game in general, and it's the 49ers. It's one of those things you're gonna get pumped up for."

These two teams played in last season's NFC title game, and in that instance the Seattle Seahawks won 23-17 and went on to Super Bowl glory.

Wilson added, "It's going to be a tough crowd, first time playing in that stadium. We're going to have to play great football. Play lights out, that's it."

The Seahawks and 49ers have split the last four division titles, but both are currently on 7-4 coming in to today's game, and both are two games behind first-place Arizona Cardinals.

The Seahawks claimed an impressive 19-3 win over the Cardinals just days ago, which means they hold the tiebreaker over the Detroit Lions and the San Francisco 49ers for the final Wild Card spot.

Today's Thursday Night Football game is a massive one and is the perfect way to end a Thanksgiving Day packed with NFL football. The game will start at 8.30 p.m. EDT and can be watched online through live stream by clicking here.
