"The Bachelor" season 20's drama is getting more intense even if the show is just approaching its fourth week.

The previous episodes showed just how tight the competition is among the contestants who are after Ben Higgins' love and attention — and the reason for the brewing tension is the software salesman himself.

E! News reported that Lauren Bushnell shared how even though the show is just off to its fresh start, feelings have already been laid out on the line. "It's weird because I feel like it's so early on and so many people do feel like they have connections with Ben and there's feelings involved already," Bushnell told the news outlet.

Show creator Mike Fleiss also knows that the competition is going to get fiercer this season. He said that most girls find Higgins as a great catch that they are willing to work a little harder just to get his attention.

"What happened on this season is he's such a catch that the girls competed harder for him than any other season. I think eight or nine girls said they were in love with him," Fleiss told E! News.

"That's a record number. A lot of girls want to marry this guy," he added.

It's obvious that a lot of girls do want to end up with Higgins, but the real question is who will the bachelor choose in the end? There are several spoiler reports suggesting who gets to the final round, but they remain unconfirmed. Fans will simply have to find out how each contestant will try to win Higgins' heart.

In the meantime, tonight's episode will feature all contestants out of the mansion and heading for Las Vegas. Based on the preview of next episode, Olivia Caridi will be having a meltdown when she learns that, after assuming they had a strong connection, Higgins kissed another girl.

It's going to be intense as an "Olivia situation" is happening on "The Bachelor" tonight, Jan. 25, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
