Daniel Hardman (David Costabile) will return and tryto exploit Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Louis' (Rick Hoffman) fight to his advantage in the upcoming episode of USA Network's legal drama series "Suits."

In "Mea Culpa," Cartermatt reports that Daniel will team up with Jack (John Pyper-Ferguson) to look for weaknesses they can use from the recent squabble. Jessica (Gina Torres) and Donna (Sarah Rafferty) hurry to do some damage control and not let the other side succeed with their evil plans. The latter will even try to counsel both men, hoping to fix whatever misunderstanding they may have. Will she be able to convince them to move on, or does their enmity run too deep for reconciliation?

Meanwhile, Mike (Patrick J. Adams) has some serious planning to do, as he must find a way to refuse his recently announced promotion without getting anyone suspicious of his motives. He and Rachel (Meghan Markle) must first face an opposition who is determined to reveal his dark secrets. Mike has apparently faked his school credentials and he worries that the upgrade will expose the misdemeanor.

Troian Bellisario of "Pretty Little Liars" will play as the antagonistic attorney who threatens to disclose Mike's past. The International Business Times reports that she is actually his former girlfriend Claire. Will she really lay bare Mike's secret for everyone to see? Or will their past relationship sway her to cut him some slack?

Last episode, Harvey and Louis fought. The latter was determined to sue Harvey for his battered face. His suspicions about Donna and the lawyer appeared to be true and he wanted to get some revenge. Meanwhile, Jessica forced Mike to work with Jack and co-counsel a case. Elsewhere, Harvey admitted to Dr. Agard (Christina Cole) that he had slept with Louis' sister, Esther (Amy Tucker).

"Suits" airs Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST on USA Network.
