Sons of Anarchy season 6 premiere live stream: Watch online episode 1 "Straw" on FX, Anarchy Afterword LIVE VIDEO

"Sons of Anarchy" season 6 episode 1 will premiere tonight at 10 p.m. ET on FX.

The first episode, titled "Straw," will be available to view online via the official FX site here.

Series creator Kurt Sutter recently dished to TVGuide on the new season: "Jax is trying to balance being a good father, a good husband and a good leader of an outlaw organization — therein lies the tragic flaws of this guy. He's got this sense of, 'I can unplug us from all the bad sh--. Let's go legit - let's head in that direction because that's going to keep us alive.' As the season progresses, the question is: How do you unplug if people perceive you as the source of power? And is it too late? Are things set in motion in such a way where it just can't be done? That's really the quest for him this season."

After a year-long wait, "Sons of Anarchy" will start off where season 5 ended, with both Clay and Tara behind bars – Tara being implicated in the murder of Pamela Toric and Clay being framed for the murder of Damon Pope.

Tonight's premiere is likely to spark controversy and will also feature a school-shooting scene.

A live "Sons of Anarchy" post show called "Anarchy Afterword", hosted by Chris Franjola, is scheduled to take place immediately after the season premiere at 11:30 p.m. ET. Series creator Kurt Sutter will be joining the show, including celebrity fans and members of the cast. See below for the live video of the post-show.

Each episode, which is 30-minutes, will be streamed live on the FX website after it airs on the East Coast. The content will be available on FX for weeks those who missed the live airings can catch up.

Tonight's season premiere will be 90-minutes.
