Meri Barber tells Kody Brown's new wife Robyn Sullivan that she regrets divorcing him in the upcoming season of TLC's reality series "Sister Wives."

Master Herald reports that although Barber is previously okay with the separation, she is now finding it hard to accept that she and Brown called it quits. In a promo released by TLC, she can be seen talking to Sullivan about her predicament. The two have been married for 25 years, and Barber is considered Brown's spiritual partner. Sullivan, on the other hand, is his third spiritual wife, but without the benefit of legal marriage.

Barber reportedly agreed to the divorce so that Brown could adopt Sullivan's children from her first marriage. It was she who even told the third wife about her willingness to sacrifice her place so they could proceed with the adoption process. While she said she was happy with her decision, Barber appeared to be really torn inside, as she got emotional in the teaser.

Fans also noted that her social media account has been very quiet lately, when before, she was very active in posting inspirational messages. Many thinks this is her way of coming to terms with her grief.

Meanwhile, The Wrap reports that the upcoming installment of the reality series would also deal with the rest of the Brown family struggling to keep their growing household intact. Sullivan is reportedly pregnant with Brown's nineteenth child. The wives recently took to social media to announce the news, posting a picture of the expecting mother's baby bump. Sullivan is reportedly at her twentieth week of pregnancy.

The family also has to deal with the legal battle of getting custody of her three kids. While Barber's sacrifice is indeed touching, it is just the first step to the adoption process. Will the rest of the wives end up resenting Sullivan for causing disruption to their entangled lives?

"Sister Wives" season 6 premieres on Sept. 13 at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
