San Diego Chargers vs Indianapolis Colts live stream (CBS): Watch NFL 2016 football online

The San Diego Chargers and the Indianapolis Colts clash on Sunday in Week 3 of the NFL 2016 regular season. Both teams will believe they can win this one and it could go either way. The game has a scheduled start time of 4.25 p.m. ET and takes place from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The game can be watched on TV on the CBS network or online through live stream via the link below.

The Chargers were able to recover from their opening game loss to secure an easy win over the Jacksonville Jaguars last week.

They piled on the points through an impressive opening three quarters to go into the fourth with a massive 35-0 lead. They took their foot off the gas in the final quarter to allow the Jaguars to make things look a bit more respectable but the end score of 38-14 was fully justified as to how dominant the Chargers were.

San Diego will be hoping to put on as strong a performance again today to move to 2-1 and get their season really up and running.

The Colts meanwhile have had their own problems and they come into Week 3 still without a win and under real threat of falling to 0-3 - a situation most do not come back from.

Their performance wasn't extremely poor last week, but they were just beaten by a stronger Denver Broncos side 34-20. They will see this Chargers team as certainly being closer to their reach than the Broncos and will be hoping to secure a first win of the season here today.

Earlier this week, Thursday Night Football saw the Houston Texans travel to the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough to take on the New England Patriots.

Going into the game both teams had won two from two, and with the Patriots having trouble in the quarterback position, many analysts had penciled in the Texans as favorites to maintain their 100 percent start to the season.

However, from the start the Texans found the going too tough, and the Patriots completely shut down the Houston offense. Such was the efficiency of the New England defense that the game decided well before the end of the game.

Many had wondered how rookie Jacoby Brissett would do in his first NFL start, but Patriots fans need not have worried, as he recorded a 27 yard touchdown run and put on a performance beyond his experience.

LeGarrerre Blount also scored runs of 1 yard and 41 yards, to help the Patriots secure a 27-0 win and record their first shutout win since 2012. It was the first time the Texans have been shutout since 2003.

The 23 year old rookie quarterback was rarely put under intense pressure by the Texans, despite Houston having the third ranked defense in the league coming into Week 3.

Brissett ended the night 11 of 19 for 103 yards, as well as running the ball eight times for 48 yards.

Brissett said after the game: "It was crazy. It was awesome. Definitely great to see all the players just run up to you. I got a headache from all the head bobbing and head bumping. But it was definitely worth it."

Meanwhile, Houston quarterback Brock Osweiler said, "I felt like we had a great week of preparation, very focused. The game plan was solid and we worked hard. So this is hard to take. But the bottom line is that New England had a great game plan. They deserve all the credit. But we'll bounce back from this one."

As Week 3 of the NFL 2016 regular season continues, the San Diego Chargers and the Indianapolis Colts play today with a start time of 4.25 p.m. ET. The game can be watched on TV on the CBS network or online through live stream by clicking here.
