Sadie Robertson prays 'people realize that they are a beautiful child of God'

Sadie Robertson's "Live Original" Howard Books

Reality star Sadie Robertson sent out a prayer over social media yesterday, and asked that her newly released book be used in the glory of God.

"Live Original" was released in online and physical outlets on Tuesday, and the 17-year-old said that she hopes it instills confidence in its readers.

"[And] today is the day," Robertson wrote on Instagram. "My book Live Original is out. I am thankful to God for blessing me with the opportunity to write this book. I pray that many lives are touched through this book.

"I pray people realize that they are a beautiful child of God, and become confident in that. So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. (Hebrews 10:35 NIV)."

"Live Original" describes "How the Duck Commander Teen Keeps It Real and Stays True to Her Values," and is Robertson's first book. The release immediately became a "Parenting Teens" Best Seller on Amazon.com.

Sadie's mother, Korie, wrote the book's forward, and encouraged readers to use the gifts that God has given them.

"God has a great plan for you too," she said. "Don't think you are too young to make a difference, and don't tell yourself that you'll straighten up your act and start living for God when you get older. God says do it now."

"Live Original" is composed of chapters entitled "Think Happy, Be Happy," "You Can Only Fix You," "Shake the Hate," and other inspirational messages that are meant to guide young people.

"What's most important to me is living the way God says to live," Robertson wrote. "If the world likes me that way, great, and if the world doesn't, I'm okay with that. I'm going to stick with God and live His way anyway."

The "Duck Dynasty" castmember currently appears on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," airing Mondays at 8 p.m. ET.
