News of Michael Weatherly making the exit once "NCIS" season 13 ends got several fans brokenhearted. At the same time, it left many to speculate what will happen to his character, the fan-favorite Tony Dinozzo, and how he will make his exit.

There are speculations that Dinozzo will be assigned to a different Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) office, which will force him to say goodbye to his longtime teammates. There are also rumors stating that he will meet his demise.

New speculations have surfaced recently and such involve Dinozzo's ex, Jeanne Benoit, played by Scottie Thompson.

Thompson will return as a guest star in the episode, titled "Loose Cannons," which will air on Feb. 23. In this episode, Tony is said to visit Jeanne after he finds a lead in a case involving doctors in Sudan. The two are expected to work hard together on the case, TVLine reported. Now, rumors suggest that there will be sparks once again between them.

However, it should be noted that Thompson's character is already married. With this, there are speculations that it's either Jeanne's husband, David (David Chisum), is cheating on her, or he gets killed.

Will Tony's reunion with Jeanne pave the way for his departure from the show? Fans will soon find out.

Meanwhile, in this week's episode, the NCIS team will work closely with the FBI when the Secretary of the Navy's daughter is kidnapped, according to The Futon Critic. McGee (Sean Murray) will also have a reunion with his childhood friend, Special Agent Valerie Page (Christina Chang), who will be in Washington to lend a hand in solving the case.

Leslie Hope guest stars in the episode as Secretary Sarah Porter. Joe Spano also returns as Gibbs' (Mark Harmon) good friend, FBI Agent T.C. Fornell.

Catch "NCIS" season 13 every Tuesday at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
