Trade rumors are rampant in the past few weeks and NBA fans sure love a good swap either for the good of their preferred team or for the worsening of the other. The most recent content of the trade news is Cleveland Cavaliers' Kevin Love.

Presently, Love's team is third to Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks in the Central Division. Latin Post suggests a little streamlining in the Cleveland team ensemble might do the trick. Bearing this in mind, the odds for Kevin Love being a trade has become high. Apart from how heavily far-fetched it is for the four-time MVP LeBron James and point guard Kyrie Irving to hit the road, Latin Post believes that the Minnesota Timberwolves trade has not blended with the Cavs structure, adding that his performance this season has not been very impressive. As per the same site, Love contributes 16.2 points per game this season, which is far behind his 26.1 score last year. Comparing his average game rebounds and blocks since his rookie season, Love crashed down to his lowest one yet — an average of 9.8 rebounds per game and 0.2 blocks.

According to CBS Sports, as cited by Latino Post, Love seems to show interest in joining Los Angeles Lakers. It will prove to be a good move for him as the network revealed that doing so will help him score more than $18.5 million earnings, which sounds better than his current $16.7 million paycheck.

Meanwhile, Latino Post touches on the possibility of a completely different trade. The names Dion Waiters and Brandon Bass surface in light of another foreseen switch. The former is the Cavs' point guard and the latter is the Celtics' forward. According to the Celtics Blog, Bass's teammates are waiting for his departure, saying he is "a bit of a luxury on a team that can't really afford too many luxuries." Waiters, on the other hand, sticks out his team packed with mighty shooting strength with his lack of it.

In other news, Miami Heat signed Iowa Energy's Hassan Whiteside. But as Rant Sports warned, it may be double-edged. On one hand, it is clear that the seven-footer's flashy stats (11-for-12, 16 rebounds and four blocked shots in his most recent game) show how suitable he is to fill in the rebounding and blocking for Heat. On the other, his immediate cut (as early as the first game in the season) from the Memphis Grizzlies is saying something.
