American contemporary Christian musician Michael W. Smith has just shared lyric videos for songs from his new album Sovereign in his Facebook page.

The first lyric video he shared was for the song "All Arise." The lyric video featured a plain wooden backdrop with playing lights. The lyrics to the song proclaims that there is but one God and that only His love can save the world. "There is only One/ Whose majesty is unending/ There is only One/ The King of Kings, never failing," said the lyrics.

The next song is "I Lay Me Down" with a simple mountain view backdrop. The song is about submission and surrender to God. "I have found here love and mercy/ From an infinite supply/ I have found here Living Water/ From a well that won't run dry," the lyrics said.

The latest lyric video he posted on Facebook was for the song "You Won't Let Go" and he posted the question, "In what ways does God anchor your soul?" with it.

This time, the lyrics are shown with an underwater backdrop and Smith sings about God's enduring grace and strength.

"No shadow comes without the light making a way/ No raging storm can ever defy one word of faith/ My heart remains sure in the wind, sure in the waves," Smith sings.

When he asked what people's favourite lyrics are from Sovereign, he got over a thousand likes and 220 comments. One fan answered that "all are awesome" and many others shared their preferences and thanked the singer for his inspirational songs.

A particular favourite among his fans was, "Whenever the enemy means for evil/ You turn it for our good for your glory" from the song "Sovereign Over Us."

Aside from the lyric videos, Smith is also fond of posting his favorite quotes and Bible verses.
