Manchester City will play Aston Villa on Saturday in the late afternoon kick off in the English Premier League.

City have fallen out of contention for the league title now following a series of poor results, and their main focus now may well be simply holding on to a top four spot to ensure they make Champions League football next season.

Today's game takes place from the Etihad Stadium and has a kick off time of 5.30 p.m. BST (12.30 p.m. ET), and can be watched online through live stream via the link provided below.

Aston Villa are not right in the relegation battle at the moment but are in threat of dropping into the fight if they do not continue to pick up points.

At the moment Villa have 32 points from their 33 games and are just four points above the relegation zone. However, three teams directly below them also have a game in hand over them coming into this weekend's games.

A loss here today, coupled with a few other results going against Villa this weekend could result in them being dragged into the dogfight, so they will be desperate to cause an upset this weekend and claim at least a point at the Etihad.

City meanwhile are seven points ahead of Liverpool and Spurs, and the Reds have a game in hand over the Manchester team coming into Saturday's matches. That means any further slip ups could see City dropping into a battle for fourth place.

City have a very good record against Villa in recent times, winning seven consecutive Premier League games at home against them. In the space of that time City have scored 23 goals and conceded just two.

Today's big game between Manchester City and Aston Villa starts at 5.30 p.m. BST (12.30 p.m. ET) and can be watched online through live stream by clicking here.
