It's looking more and more like Apple will spend the rest of this year devoting their considerable marketing efforts to the iPhone 6S, and yet, rumors online are still continuing to trickle out regarding the iPhone 7.
For those who may have been out of the loop, right now, it appears that Apple is gearing up to announce the release of the iPhone 6S either in September or October, meaning the company would have little incentive to reveal anything about the iPhone 7 by then as well.
According to Expert Reviews UK, if Apple decides to stick to their usual timetable and follows through on the reports that the iPhone 6S will be out this year, then people can likely expect the iPhone 7 to be out by September of next year.
Still, even though the rumored phone is not expected to come out in more than a year, supposed details of the iPhone 7 have not stopped leaking out.
One of the more persistent rumors to this point has suggested that Apple is working to make sure that the iPhone 7 will have an outstanding camera, and the company is reportedly planning to pull that off by equipping it with dual-lens technology. Rumors suggest that Apple will not be able to put the dual-lens tech on this year's release, meaning people may have to wait a full year for it.
According to WCCF Tech, the iPhone is also likely to have the Force Touch feature. This feature has been frequently attached to supposedly upcoming Apple releases, and it will probably be more surprising if the iPhone 7 actually did not have it upon release.
The iPhone 7 will also reportedly have an improved Touch ID sensor that will be more energy-efficient.
Lastly, one more rumored feature of the iPhone 7 that will more than likely delight quite a few Apple owners is wireless charging. Apple users have had a love-hate relationship with their chargers over the years, so adding wireless charging would be a mostly welcome change for many.
