Harvest: Greg Laurie Named Best Television Teaching Program of 2005

|PIC1|Harvest: Greg Laurie, an internationally broadcast TV show, has been named the Best Television Teaching Programme of 2005 by the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) as a part of their Annual Media Awards. The Awards will be presented on Saturday, Feb. 18, at the NRB Annual Convention in Dallas, Texas.

The show, now called Knowing God with Greg Laurie, is known for its contemporary, yet straightforward style and format that features Biblical preaching, relevant resources, exceptional graphics and "man on the street" interviews. Laurie shares the Gospel in each episode, offering viewers an opportunity to commit to a relationship with Christ.

"We are thrilled the NRB has given us this award," says Laurie, who serves as senior pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, Calif., one of the 15 largest churches in the U.S. "Our hope is that God will continue to use this programme to touch people and bring them into His Kingdom."
