Bruce (David Mazouz) is determined to find out the name of the person responsible for murdering his parents and making him an orphan in the upcoming episode of the FOX series "Gotham."
In "A Bitter Pill to Swallow," Comicbook reports that Theo (James Frain) will be forced by the younger man to reveal the name of his parent's killer. Last episode, Bruce decided to turn down Theo's proposal to tell him the identity of the murderer in exchange for giving him controlling shares of the Wayne Enterprises. Theo tried to convince Bruce that the rampant corruption within his parents' legacy should be stopped and he was the man for the job.
Bruce was confused at first, as the villain was offering him the two things he wanted most. His consultation with Alfred (Sean Pertwee) appeared to have helped made up his mind, however, as at the last minute, he told Theo it was a no go. Livid with anger at being thwarted, Theo tossed the folder containing the information in the fireplace. Now, it appears Bruce will not rest until he learns about his parents' murderer, as he will pressure Theo to divulge the truth. Will he succeed?
Meanwhile, Gordon (Ben McKenzie) will reportedly meet "the city's most dangerous hitman," Eduardo Flamingo (guest star Raul Castillo). Last episode, his encounter with crazy ex-girlfriend Barbara (Erin Richards) shook him. Although he knew from the start that she was setting him up for the kill, he played along, knowing she would lead him to Theo. Barbara came out the worse for wear in the incident, as her fall from the church got her several broken bones. After the face-off, Gordon learned that Theo was the one who had Mayor James (Richard Kind) kidnapped and they managed to apprehend him.
"Gotham: Rise of the Villains" airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on FOX.
