"Game of Thrones" season five may have ended badly with the death of a major character, but now that the show is currently in production, fans just can't wait for the airing of the brand new season.
It also appears that several reports on cast sightings, speculations, and the introduction of new cast members have circulated online.
The biggest news of the week is on Ian McShane, who is reportedly joining the cast of GOT season 6, according to Entertainment Weekly.
The 72-year-old "Deadwood" star's role in the hit fantasy series has not been revealed, just like how the upcoming season has remained a big mystery.
But according to sources who told the entertainment news outlet, the British actor will have a limited screen-time, but still his role is of utter importance.
As if that news is not big enough, it was also reported by the Daily Star that Prince Harry will join the show.
Since GOT is centered on royalty, why not have the prince over for season 6? That could happen in the future.
According to the report, Prince Harry was offered a role for the upcoming season. However, the British royalty hasn't said anything if he will accept or reject the offer.
As for Kit Harrington's character Jon Snow, a lot of fans are having a hard time believing that he's really dead and never making a comeback.
According to WhatCulture, HBO has been constantly telling everyone that Snow is dead, but evidence points to a possibility that he might live.

The report also showcased pieces of evidence that Snow is not really dead. For instance, Harrington was seen in Belfast just in time for season six production.
There was also that interview with Melisandre actress Carice Van Houten via The New Daily, where she hinted that Melisandre might resurrect Snow.
So, with McShane already signed on, time will only tell if Prince Harry or Harrington will be on the show.
Fresh episodes of "Game of Thrones" season six are expected to air in Spring 2016.
