American evangelist Franklin Graham is not yet done lambasting President Barack Obama for his blatant support of homosexuality and same-sex marriage. Nearly two weeks after the Supreme Court legalised same-sex marriage in all 50 states of the republic, including Washington DC, Graham still cannot believe that Obama even lit up the White House in Gay Pride colours.
"A lot has changed in three short years! Just three years ago, the President was on record as holding to the biblical definition of marriage. Now he can't say enough about his support for the LGBT agenda—and right after the Supreme Court's decision to legalise same-sex marriage, he had the gall to disgrace the White House by lighting it up with the Gay Pride rainbow colours to celebrate," Graham ranted on his Facebook page.
Graham has warned people that disregarding God's Word and authority has serious consequences, and Obama might not be facing them now, but he definitely will in the future.
"This is arrogantly flaunting sinful behaviour in the face of Almighty God. My advice? He might want to have some extra lightning rods installed on the roof of the White House," he sarcastically said.
When Obama first lit up the White House in rainbow colours, Graham commented that it was outrageous and "a real slap in the face to the millions of Americans who do not support same-sex marriage" since the rainbow represents God's promise after He wiped out the entire world with flood.
"One man, Noah, was found righteous and escaped God's judgment with his family. The rainbow was a sign to Noah that God would not use the flood again to judge the world," he said.
God will still judge all of the world's sins one day though, said Graham, and only those who are found righteous will be able to escape His judgment.
