Best Black Friday 2014 deals for Apple iPad Mini 3 and iPad Air 2

iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3

Apple offerings are a major favorite when Black Friday comes and, just before the biggest shopping festivity kicks in, many retailers thought up of the best charmers and offers for buyers who plan on a haggle for the Cupertino-based company's iPad Mini 3 and iPad Air 2.

These aluminum-caked tablets, measuring 7.9 inches (iPad Mini 3) and 9.7 inches (iPad Air 2) were both released in October this year, along with the Retina iMac system, the newest iOS 8.1 operating system, and the introduction of Apple Pay. Both tablets are equipped with a fingerprint sensor known as Touch ID, for heightened security on the device.

Those who want a great steal involving the fresh Apple tablet, the iPad Mini 3, can resort to Best Buy, which slashed $75 off its regular price. On the other hand, Walmart shredded $10, lowering it down to $389. Its promotion comes along with a $100 Walmart gift card. Titanic retailer Target did not mark down the value, but it gives away a $100 gift card to buyers who purchase the $400 16 GB iPad Mini 3.

The bigger kin or the iPad Air 2 comes along with a $140 gift card when purchased for the full $499 price at Target. But if gift cards are not very much appealing or ideal, shoppers can avail of Best Buy's $100 discount on all the Air 2's variants. However, this offer will be up by the time Thanksgiving dinner is served. So it's either the sumptuous turkey or the low-priced iPad Air 2.

The abovementioned retailers, along with Sam's Club, Staples and hhgregg also have special promotions and major rollbacks for the previous versions of the tablets such as the iPad Mini, iPad Mini 2 and the first iPad Air. Buyers can expect around $60 to $100 discount for the devices, which as ZDNet says, are a great buy this Black Friday.
