Audio Adrenaline Guitarist to Embark on Solo Career

|PIC1|Former Audio Adrenaline guitarist, songwriter, and vocalist Tyler Burkum will embark on a solo career with his debut solo EP, Demo LP, which is available now on iTunes.

"The bulk of the EP was me and a guitar with a laptop and a borrowed microphone," shares Burkum. "It's only a demo but I wanted to get it out there and show a more personal side [of my music]."

Burkum's demo provides poignant, quiet moments, and a fair share of insight into the 'family photo album', according to BookEnd Media.

Having joined Audio Adrenaline at the tender age of 17, Burkum's is a 'dream come true' musical story. He joined Audio Adrenaline in 1997, which enabled Burkum to contribute to the recording of the Grammy-nominated and Dove Award-winning album Some Kind of Zombie.

With the addition of Burkum's new sound to the band, they went on to release three more highly successful and award-winning albums until the band's retirement in 2007.

In addition to his contributions to Audio Adrenaline, Burkum has also contributed his talents by playing guitar and touring with Mat Kearney (Columbia Records) who has opened for such noted acts as John Mayer and Sheryl Crow.
