The CW's 5-season running hit series "Arrow" continues to take fans to the edge of their seats because of the show's mystery and action-filled storyline, along with the new set of characters it has accumulated since season 1.

On the previous episode of "Arrow" season 5, drug kingpin Derek Sampson (guest star Cody Rhodes) was introduced to fans, and Wild Dog (Rick Gonzalez) was shown having his own way despite what Oliver (Stephen Amell) instructs him to do.

In "Arrow" season 5, episode 3, Oliver was still training his new team of vigilantes. In the midst of training, the Green Arrow decided to let his team partake in some field practice.

As a drug dealer— Derek Sampson — continues to spread his Stardust drug in the city, Oliver tries to track him down. Since Oliver has managed to locate the drug dealer's hideout, his team of newbie vigilantes took it upon themselves to take down Sampson on their own without Olive's permission.

Wild Dog ended up fighting Sampson, and he managed to toss the drug dealer over the railing into a pile of chemicals that changed colors as Evelyn (Madison McLaughlin) successfully distracted Sampson.

With Sampson's recent death, a new villain is suspected to appear in "Arrow" season 5 episode 4, and it is rumored to be Tobias Church (played by "The Walking Dead's" Chad L. Coleman)

Speculations suggest that the new villain is out to cause destruction in Star City by uniting all the gangs in the city. It has also been rumored that Church plans to take over the united gangs and will put them under his command, a feat that is suspected to be possible due to rumors that Church might have been working with weapons dealer Aerotek.

Rumors also suggest that Oliver will be preoccupied with a secret ops mission for Diggle (David Ramsey), which means that there could be another chance for his new team of vigilantes to stop the bad guy on their own.
